I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge, but I regretted booking the Presidential when the king room would have sufficed. The service was welcoming and particularly courteous at the front desk and housekeeping. The griddle location is reminiscent of upscale times with beautiful wood décor, but some aspects were inadequate. The dining experience was delicious, but a bit pricey for what was offered.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully done with classy traditional decor and high ceilings. The service was top-notch, with the staff always going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right across from ETSU. However, the dining experience could be improved, and the gravel being transported onto the neighboring building was a bit disruptive. Overall, a wonderful experience!
